1. Call us directly on 01582 650310 to let us know that you wish to cancel your order, or return or exchange a product
2. If you have already received your item. Package the item up and send it back to us within 14 days of letting us know that you want to cancel your order and return the product (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.
Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty, before you have spoken to us so that it won't affect any refund you may be entitled to.
Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to the seller)..

What you cannot send back
Unfortunately, some items are non-cancel-able and non-refundable:
· Anything that’s made to your specific requirements or personalised items or otherwise that cannot be resold due to a bespoke element
· Perishable products (Bespoke Hamper Products).
To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancel-able or non-cancel-able before ordering.

UK delivery from £0.95 to £1.95 per single order
I do deliver to the rest of the world if you'd like to place an order and do not live in UK or Ireland please email me with your request info@Craftworksdirect.co.uk and I can cost up delivery charges for you.
UK and ALL airmail . Some items carry a small surcharge this is normally because it comes in it's own box and is delivered on it's own.
If you are purchasing more than 1 item and each item carries a surcharge, I will ALWAYS refund excess postage if more than Royal Mail charges
Most items are sent in rigid boxes to ensure they reach you in the condition they left us!
These boxes are not gift boxes but protect your items whilst in transit.
We mainly use Royal Mail for delivery but do shop around for alternative couriers if your order is heavy.
Dependent on the value of your order a lot of items are sent recorded delivery and will need to be signed for
Once your order has been DISPATCHED your order should reach you in 1 - 5 days, if you do not receive it within 5 days please get in touch it is our responsibility to ensure safe arrival of your order
Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until after the 15th working day

1.Can I purchase with a debit or credit card ?
Yes I take all major Credit & Debit cards please choose Paypal option at checkout
we also take online banking payments, please choose bank transfer option if you bank online and can pay straight away, if you pressed this button in error, please resubmit your order using the correct payment method for you
2.Can I return a product?
Of course! Please email me first explaining why you would like to return your item, then please use original packaging (where possible). On receipt of item, I will give full refund. P.P cannot be refunded on returned items, unless faulty.
PLEASE NOTE personalised items cannot be returned unless a mistake has been made by me, so please make sure all spelling is correct.
3.Can I pay by Cheque or Postal Order?
I no longer take cheques,
The safest way to pay is online. I do not receive any of your payment details; only how you paid and what you have ordered.
4.Can I change the wording of item?
Yes, subject to space available on design, please email me with your requirements. Bespoke orders are very popular here at Craftworksdirect.co.uk I can write anything you require on the plaques. PLEASE NOTE I will not accept profanity.
5.How long until you deliver?
Dispatch times are updated daily, dispatch is set at the time of your payment
Example: the day you order if it states 2-3 working days it will be 3 working days before dispatch, your order will still be dispatched from original payment
All my items are posted via Royal Mail or local courier When your order is of a certain value I will send it recorded at no extra cost to you.
Most items are sent through the postal system in rigid boxes to ensure safe delivery. Therefore, they will not fit through standard letter boxes. Please ensure you make the required arrangements once you receive a dispatched email from me.
