• Most of our items are dispatched the same working day via Royal Mail or Evri
  
• Our personalised items are dispatched within 1-3 working days, please allow 2 working days for delivery
  
• Our Gift baskets, larger items and orders over  £50 will be sent by Evri courier with tracking number 
• Items will be sent in a rigid box or padded envelope
• We now deliver outside the UK, however we do not offer shipping to Europe, United States and the rest of the world  if you contact us at  info@Craftworksdirect.co.uk,we can email you our international delivery list and arrange delivery for you.
• If you do not receive your parcel within 5-7 working days  please contact us on 01582 650310 or Email us at info@craftworksdirect.co.uk so that we can track your package
• Gift Wrapping is purchased as a separate item see gift wrapping information below
• Craftworks Direct Gift wrapping includes:
• Gift wrap, box or pouch appropriate for the item
• Decorative ribbon
• A card Label with your gift message on the top of the package
• Some items cannot  be gift wrapped because of their shape or size or shape, - these items will often be shipped in their original box rather than a wrapped Craftworks box  this will then be put into a postal box ready to be posted
